Conference Cancelation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Washington State University (WSU - conference managing agency) must receive written notification of any canceled registration on or before January 1, 2014. An Administration fee of $100 will be charged on all accepted cancellations. Cancellation notices received after January 1st are NONE refundable. Please email all cancellations to Dana.Colwell@wsu.edu. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Substitutions are welcome at any time. No-shows are responsible for the full registration fee. Exhibitor/Sponsor cancellations do not fall under this policy. Exhibitor/Sponsor cancellations are outlined on the website.

Payment Instructions

Full payment is required before the conference. If payment is not received prior to the conference the attendee's registration could be cancelled and/or the attendee may not be admitted into the conference. A valid PO# or Warrant# will secure the attendee's registration if a check cannot be issued in time. Credit cards are accepted at any time, only Visa or MasterCard please.

All confirmations, invoices and receipts will be provided via email, make sure to check your junk mail as this information may be sent there. Please make sure to input the attendee's email address since all communications for the workshop will be sent through the registered email address. If invoices/receipts need to be provided at a different address please email Dana.Colwell@wsu.edu and she will send the invoice/receipt to requested email address.
